October can have up and down temperature swings. It's important that you do not let your back-flow valves freeze. If you have not had your system blown out or drained and cold moves in, you need to shut your water off to your sprinkler system in the house, building, or ground. On newer back-flow valves, open the 2 ears in the side with a flat screwdriver 1/4 turn. Then open the drain cap on your shut-off valve so water will drain out. Then Wrap back-flow valve in blanket. Your should always know how to turn water off to your house and sprinkler system.

We also provide leaf cleanups at $60.00 an hour, plus a dump charge ranging from $10 to $100 depending on how many leaves you have. Costing more if it's more then a truck load. (Dump is only for leaves, grass, bush and tree trimmings)
